INGREDIENTS
1 packet tennis biscuit 3 tablespoon butter melted250gr cream cheese250gr sour cream 250gr fresh cream80gr flavor jelly powderFruit pulp of your choice
METHOD
Method Break tennis into breadcrumbs mix with melted butter and line your dish with mixture about a 40cm square or round pyrex dish
2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth add in sour cream then add in gelatin or jelly powder and beat it until u see no Crystal's of the jelly or gelatin
Lastly add the cream and beat until u get a thick consistency cos if u put it over your head shouldn't drip
3. Smooth the mixture over your biscuit and leave to set in the fridge atleast 2 - 3 hrs
U can then put a sauce of your choice be it granadilla or passion or strawberry
