INGREDIENTS
2 kg Mutton Chops or Chicken2 teaspoon Butter Chicken Spice2 teaspoon BBQ SpiceGarlic clove or ¼ teaspoon Garlic SpiceSalt (optional)1 teaspoon White Pepper¼ Cup Mayoinaise5 tablespoon Tomato Sauce 3 teaspoon Oil¼ Cup Mrs. Balls Chutney
METHOD
Marinade all the ingredients for 30 minutes, can also overnite, when storing it into a tight Ziplock bag. Njoy on the BBQ😋😋😋
INFO & TIPS
(Can also use this marinade on your chicken).
Ziplock bag keeps the meat moist the nextday, when heating!
