12 chops In a bowl : 3 tablespoon sour milk / low fat yogurt 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chillies ( if you eat strong add more ) 2 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon jeera ½ teaspoon haldi Salt to taste 2 tablespoon lemon juice .
Eggs : 6 eggs ½ teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon green chillies ½ teaspoon dhana powder ¼ teaspoon haldi Handful chopped fresh dhania (coriander) Salt
marinade chops with all the ingredients and leave for about 2 hours . Add chops with the marinade and very little water in a pressure cooker and let this cook until soft maybe 5 whistles . If you do not have a cooker add chips to a pot allow to steam with water until soft .
Eggs Whisk the eggs together with all the ingredients until well combined . Add the cooked chops to the whisked eggs and make sure each chop is coated with eggs ,
Take a large frying pan add a good amount oil . Pour the chops and eggs into the pan on low heat and allow this too cook until eggs are no longer Raw .
