INGREDIENTS
12 baby poatoes / normal potatoes slices or halves peeled and washed .
Salt
Oil
1 tablespoon AMAANS tikka paste ( if you do not have this add 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies + ½ teaspoon tandoori spice )
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) power
½ teaspoon jeera powder
Pinch haldi
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Boil poatoes until soft , don't let this mash .
I put mines in a pressure cooker with water and salt 3 whistles .
In a pan add some oil and all the spices on medium heat allow for this to braise add the poatoes , start tossing poatoes by using the handle of your pan to move the poatoes around in the pan . Add the fresh dhania (coriander) give it 1 last toss and serve
