Boil poatoes until soft , don't let this mash . I put mines in a pressure cooker with water and salt 3 whistles . In a pan add some oil and all the spices on medium heat allow for this to braise add the poatoes , start tossing poatoes by using the handle of your pan to move the poatoes around in the pan . Add the fresh dhania (coriander) give it 1 last toss and serve
