1 1⁄2 cups rice
2 carrots cut into julienna strips
Handful spring onion
1 teaspoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Ground green chillies as per how strong you eat I add 1⁄2 teaspoon
1⁄4 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon crushed pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
1⁄2 teaspoon aromat
1⁄2 teaspoon Chinese salt (optional )
3 tablespoon soya sauce
2 eggs scrambled
in a pot add water and salt and boil rice half way.
Strain and wash rice with cold water , set aside
In a non stick pan add butter , garlic and green chillies sauté . Add the carrots and spring onion and sauté for 5 minutes in medium heat . Add the remaining spices as well as the soya sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes or more . Now add the boiled washed rice to the pan , give it a nice toss add water if required and steam in low until rice is completely cooked .
Before serving scramble and cook 2 eggs , add to the rice and toss .
Garnish with spring onions .
Serve with steak , chicken or fish .
