6 breakfast t-bones washed and cleaned oil 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 teaspoon red chili paste 3 tablespoon vinegar 1 ½ tablespoon gorimas steak and chops spice 1 teaspoon gorimas orange pepper spice 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 teaspoon bbq sauce 2 tablespoon yogurt salt to taste ( add last if nec , coz other spices are sauce )
Add all the ingredients . mix well . add the t-bone and allow to marinade over night or atleast 2 to 3 hours . place in an oven tray and cook until done , u can place foil for the first 20 minutes and remove . garnish with dhania (coriander) .
