RECIPE
(I use both steak and mince)(Chicken and chicken mince can be used also)
Method In pot heat 2Tblsp oilAdd ½ kg cubed or strip tenderised rump steak (cook with ginger garlic chilli salt and little tumeric and chop and steak spice add tomato sauce and peri peri or home made sauce keep aside )Steak must be saucy
½ kg beef mince cook with 1 large onion finely sliced or cubed1 teaspoon ginger garlicBraise well now add2 medium chopped or tomatoes (keep some aside for topping)½ robot cubed pepers (keep some aside for topping ½ teaspoon origanum or ubmixed herbs1 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix (lessen if u like less spice,)½ teaspoon tumeric+- 1 teaspoon salt or to tasteCook wellAdd tomato sauce or any chutneyMince must be saucy
Take +- 9 lasagne sheets and boil for 12 minutes till soft (do not over boil it will break). Carefully remove from.water and keep aside
Make a white sauceHeat 2 cups milk 1Tblsp butter2 tablespoon flour or mazinaDash of white pepperLittle saltAdd. Lots of grated cheese
In casserole layer lasagne sheetsThen mince then white sauce then cheeseThen sheets again then steak then White sauce then cheeseYou keep layering end.with lasagne the white sauce sprinkle the pepers and tomato over sprinkle dhania (coriander) or origanum or parsley and cheeseBake in oven at 180 for +- 25 minutes at 180 Enjoy
