Tortilla Egg Wrap

INGREDIENTS

4x Tortilla wrap¼ Tomoto, chopped4 - 6 Slices of Avo6 xLarge eggsOil1 - 2 teaspoon PepperdewSalt & Pepper½ Cup Cheddar... On side dish cucumber slices, onions, tomatoes, pineapple rings.

METHOD

Fry the oil in the pan add the tomoto slices.Then add beaten egg fry for 2 minutes, top with tortilla wrap on top.... Add inside the wrap the onions, avos, cheese, pepperdew & flip once in the pan. Top with grated cheese & njoy😋Delicious with Tomato Sauce, Moyo or Bbq Sauce or your choice of sauce. Makes 4
