INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet cut into small strips
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
½ lemon squeezed
1 tablespoon calistos prego spice
1 teaspoon tikka spice / tandoori of your choice
2 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
4 tablespoon prego sauce of your choice
salt to taste as the spice I salty
oil
METHOD
marinade chicken atleast for an hour .
cook the chicken in oil or butter until done , set aside
make rotis leave them slightly thicker then normal .
fry some chips add I good amount of salt vinegar and masala
sauce :
I mixed prego and calistos meduim peri to spread on the roti before placing on chicken . place chicken then chips then some miracle whip ( if you dnt have add 1 teaspoon brown sugar in mayo and use that )
bfore serving crisp tghe roti on a tawa
you can add cheese . I didnt add at this time .
