2 tomatoes pureed
tortilla ; 2 cups flour 2 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder cold milk to make soft dough
serve with : jalapenos salsa sour cream cheese
In a pan a marinade and cook chicken in oil until done , add pureed tomatoes and cook until water burns out , shred and set aside.
Tortilla : add all the ingredients and form a soft dough . make small balls about 6 to 7 roll out on a floured surface . place on tawa and cook both sides approx 30 seconds each sides ( must be white ) .
