With Carrots, Green Peppers and Peas Marinate chops with ginger garlic, salt, juice of 1 lemon, pepper, chili flakes, green chillies and rosemary. Leave to Marinate for about an hour. In pan add olive oil and leave to heat. Then add chops and cook on low heat. When almost done add carrots, green peppers and garlic slices and leave to cook. In pot add 1 cup peas and bring boil until soft. Once soft mash. Then grate lemon rind over mix well. Gravy2 tablespoon olive oil2 tablespoon. Honey3 tablespoon Worcester sauce3 tablespoon tomato sauce3 tablespoon BBQ sauce3 tablespoon waterBlack pepper Mix altogether and bring to boil.
