INGREDIENTS
one cup grated carrot
Two cups milk
One tablsp Sojee (semolina flour) (semolina)
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)
4 tablsp sugar
1 tablsp ghee (Clarified butter)
Fresh cream
Almond & pista (pistachio nuts)
METHOD
Boil carrot in milk and cook until thick
Mix all ingredients of number 2
Mix the carrot mixture to number 2 ingredients
Pour into greased pan
Pour cream over the mixture and decorate with the almonds and pista (pistachio nuts)
Bake in a moderate oven until cooked through
Allow to cool and serve in rectangle pieces.
