Place Meat, Olive Oil, Onions, Celery, Parsley, Coriander in a pot cook for few minutes then add Red Lentille, Chickpeas, Spices, Tomatoes, 500ml Water and let Soup simmer for 40 minutes or until chickpeas is cooked ..add the Vermicelli pasta cook for another 15 minutes (until noodle a la dente) Make a mixture of Water and Flour. Add to Harira. Add the butter Leave to cook for few minutes. Garnish with Chopped Mint or Coriander. Serve with Lemon Juice.
