INGREDIENTS
250g butter/margarine2tblsp golden syrup 2 cups oats1 cup fine coconut 1 cup sugar1 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder/ bicarb Pinch of salt
METHOD
Melt the butter and syrup in the microwave. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Press into a greased tray. Bake at 180 until golden brown. Cut while warm and remove when it has cooled.
INFO & TIPS
Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
