Boil pasta as stated on the packet In a pot melt some butter and add a little oil Put about 2 teaspoon crushed garlic let it cook a little then add your onions.Once your onions are nice and soft add your veg in and add a little water so the veg cooks nicely. Once your veg is cooked add in 1 teaspoon green masala 1 teaspoon robertsons spice for rice salt and pepper to taste. White sauce Melt the butter and add the flour allow to cook for a little till the mixture starts to bind Then add half your fresh cream, once the sauce starts getting thick add the other half stir till a smooth consistency.Add salt and pepper to taste Lastly add your veg and sauce to your boiled pasta and enjoy.
