INGREDIENTS
125g pure butter
fresh lemon juice
fresh crushed garlic
fresh chopped parsley
any kinds of Portuguese or hot sauces
available in
fisheries or supermarkets(+/- 2 tablespoon of
each)
1 teaspoon green masala
1 heaped teaspoon corn flour
Aromat (a South African Spice)(original)
METHOD
melt butter ,lemon juice, green masala
and garlic
over a low heat. combine cornflour and
cream ,mix
well,add to butter mixture add rest of
ingredients
and allow sauce to bubble and sightly
thicken.
pour over grilled prawns, steak,chicken
or chicken
fillets just before serving. sprinkle
with fresh
parsley, serve with chips or rice :) njy
