1 chicken disjointed and cut in to quarters1 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon paprika1 tablespoon vinegar1 teaspoon salt FOR THE SAUCE: 250mls fresh cream ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon sour cream 1 small sachet tomato paste¼ cup Nando’s Lemon & Herb sauce¼ cup Nando’s wild herb sauce ¼ cup Nando’s peri peri sauce
Marinate chicken with garlic, red chilli paste, paprika, vinegar and salt, heat some butter in a pot and cook the marinated chicken till tender don't let the water burn out, remove the chicken in a pyrex dish. Add all the required sauces to the reserved water from the chicken, Heat it till it comes to a boil then Pour the sauce over chicken & grill till the chicken it cooked through.Serve with Portuguese rolls and potato wedges.
