Use any filling of choice And already grilled rotisCook 2 cubed chicken filletsIn 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon chilli chicken Tikka spice1 teaspoon crushed chilli Aromat (a South African Spice) to tasteGinger garlic paste ½ teaspoon lemon juice Add any peri peri sauce Or tomato sauceCook keep asideFry /grill in a non stick pan no oil or butter to be used AddSliced mushroomsRobot capsicum cubed Little onion slicedFew sliced tomatoesSlightly fry till a bit friedKeep. Aside Take 2 ready RotisSmear hot sauce or make a tomato chutneySprinkle the cooked chicken cubesDrizzle any nandos saucesSprinkle some grated cheese overThenSprinkle all the fried mushrooms etc overAdd more grated cheeses overI used both gouda Yellow and mozarellaCrumble or cube feta overDrizzle sweet chilli sauce overAnd sprinkle origanum You can freeze at this stageWhen ready to serve Thaw at room temperatureHeat oven at 200 *Place the roti pizza on a greased tray Bake for +-, 5 minutes or until cheese melts it will be slightly crisoyOr place in microwave For +-, 1 minutes or until cheese melts Enjoy
