Aside Take 2 ready RotisSmear hot sauce or make a tomato chutneySprinkle the cooked chicken cubesDrizzle any nandos saucesSprinkle some grated cheese overThenSprinkle all the fried mushrooms etc overAdd more grated cheeses overI used both gouda Yellow and mozarellaCrumble or cube feta overDrizzle sweet chilli sauce overAnd sprinkle origanum You can freeze at this stageWhen ready to serve Thaw at room temperatureHeat oven at 200 *Place the roti pizza on a greased tray Bake for +-, 5 minutes or until cheese melts it will be slightly crisoyOr place in microwave For +-, 1 minutes or until cheese melts Enjoy
