CREDITS
A caffeine free booster and flu fighter
INGREDIENTS
200-500ml cold water 30ml lemon juice 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt
1 citrus fruit in pieces (I used oranges) 1 teaspoon cinnamon and cardamom (optional)
METHOD
1. Combine all the ingredients in a water bottle
2. Shake until the salt and sugar is dissolved The yellow water should be the color of the citus fruit
3. Enjoy through the day

This drink is best for sports as its full of minerals lost in exercise
And rich in vitamin C that the body uses to build its immune system :)
