1 kg rump steak sliced thin Marinate with 2 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 teaspoons garlic 2 teaspoons crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon peri peri masala 1 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon worcester sauce 1 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoons steers peri peri 2 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 tablespoons All joy chili sauce Dash of black pepper Cook in ghee (Clarified butter) till done. Add water as necessary.Fry garlic polony sliced.Vienna fried. Add to cooked steak mix well.Fry chips add salt vinegar chilli powder.Place steak in boxes with polony and Vienna’s.
