INGREDIENTS
                      3 cups full cream milk500ml fresh cream1 tin condensed milk2 eggs1 cup klim, mixed in a little water to dissolve ½ - ¾ cup icing sugar, to taste 
2 tablespoons ground pistachio/almondHandful of sliced pistachios/almonds1 heaped teaspoon Elachi (cardomom)Few strands saffron, crushed
                    
METHOD
                      Beat milk, cream, eggs, condensed milk, sugar and klim very well until completely mixed. Remember to sweeten it very generously- because ice-cream tastes less sweet when cold.Add in the ground and sliced nuts, Elachi (cardomom) and saffron. Mix well.You can also colour the Kulfi with a few drops of green/pink food colouring now, if desired. 
Ladle into silicone moulds, popsicle trays or even ice-cube trays. You may also pour it into a regular 2 litre tub. Freeze overnight.
