1 kg prawns125 g butter1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon green chillies1 tablespoon Amina prawn marinade or dry seafood spice 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice2 tablespoon robertsons fish spice1 teaspoon salt
Add butter to potBraise the marinated prawn or langoustine Add salt and pepper. Fry quickly until cooked, remove and set aside.Add butter to pan and crushed garlic and chives.Once fragrant add cream, salt and chilliBring to the boil and return prawns.Simmer for 10 minutesThen place in a casserole and put under grillServe immediately with Savory rice or French fries
