INGREDIENTS
*Preheat oven 165°
Caramel125 g sugarTablespoon water
80 g brown sugar2tbspoon vanilla essence5 eggs500 ml liquid milkLemon zest80gr bread
METHOD
Make caramel with water and sugar cook on medium heat until golden colour. Pour in a grease baking dish.
Cut bread in small pieces.
Cook bread, sugar, vanilla essence, milk, lemon zest for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat cool
Put in blender add the eggs. Blend all.
Pour the mixture onto the caramel.
Bake A bain marie in oven for 1 hour
Decorate as wish..
