INGREDIENTS
4 XL eggs1 ¼ cups sugar 2 cups flour 3 teaspoon baking powder1 cup milk125 g butter1 teaspoon peppermint essence Few drops of green food colouring
METHOD
Beat the eggs and sugar till white and fluffy Sift the flour and baking powder and fold into the egg mixtureHeat milk and butter . Must be warm (not boiling)Add peppermint essence and colouring Pour milk into the flour mixture and beatBake at 180 for 20 minutues or till done.Allow to cool completely
Melt together 1 slab of dairy milk peppermint chocolate and 1 small tin Nestle cream.Pour over cake and granish with grated chocolate and mint
