1 &½ cups cake flour3 teaspoon baking powder3 tablespoon cocoa(Good Quality)1 teaspoon caramel essence½ cup oil½ cup boiling water½ cup milk2 eggs1 cup sugar
METHOD
Sift dry ingredients together.In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk oil ,sugar and caramel essenceAdd the dry ingredients and beat well.Pour into a baking pan or round cake moulds.Bake in a preheated oven at 180deg for 20 to 30 minutes oven varies.Basic Ganache topping2 slabs Cadbury chocolatehalf tin dessert creammelt chocolate add dessert creamAdd to cake and grate chocolate on top.Enjoy
