
Saffron Jelly
By Shaheda - KITCHEN HANDINGREDIENTS
1L water1/2c sugar (or to taste) 2 teaspoon ghas powder1/2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder Good pinch of saffron strands
METHOD
Mix everything together and bring to a boil for 10 minutesAllow to cool slightly for a bit then pour into individual bowls or a 1L bowl for setting
