INGREDIENTS
Saffron & Mango Sago pudding

1 litre milk
1 tin condensed milk
4 tablespoon sago soaked in water
¼ cup vermicelli
Bring above to a boil then make a paste with:
2 tablespoon custard powder
1 heaped teaspoon ghas powder
Add above to the milk mixture & keep on heat for a few minutes then add half teaspoon of saffron. Take off heat & leave to cool a bit
Then mix in 1 tin Nestle dessert cream
Cut 1 ripe mango into small cubes & layer at the bottom of serving bowls. Pour mixture over. Garnish with mint leaves & saffron.
Enjoy!
