INGREDIENTS

Strong coffee diluted in hot waterBoudoir biscuitsHomemade custard (according to box instructions... Thickish consistency) Fresh cream (sweetened and whipped) Flake to decorate

METHOD

Dip biscuits in coffee and layer at the bottom of serving bowl or individual bowlsTop with a layer of custard Continue layering until biscuits are used up... End with a custard layerLayer over the whipped cream Decorate with Flake or as desiredRefrigerate until ready to serve

Can use milk I stead if coffee
