INGREDIENTS

250g butter1 Cup icing sugar1/2 Cup oil1 jumbo egg3/4c custard powder2.5 to 3 c self raising flour

METHOD

Cream butter and sugar wellAdd oil and beat for 5mins then add egg and beat well Add custard powder and mix until combined Lastly add enough SR flour to make a soft doughBake at 170 for 15mins
