Inspired by all the custard Sojee (semolina flour) recipes
1 cup cup taystee wheat
1 cup sugar (according to your taste)
½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Elachie
Braise the above on low till a pale colour
Then add 2 cups boiled kettle water
Make a paste with 2 Tblspn custard powder and water and add to above
Let cook till all water is evaporated
Then whisk the following together and add to above
½ cup milk
½ cup ultra mel custard
1 egg
2 teaspoon Elachie powder
Once done pour ultramel over and serve
Decorate with colour badaam
*yellow colouring can be added
