INGREDIENTS
1 packet Mc'Cains chips (to fry)2 packets Spur cheddamelt sauce1 tablespoon butter1 small punnet mushrooms (sliced)1 teaspoon ground garlic½ teaspoon ground green chilliesPinch salt½ teaspoon pepper2 blocks melrose cheese½ cup grated gouda cheese
METHOD
1. Fry chips from frozen as packet instructions.2. Heat butter in a pan, add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic and chillies. Toss.3. Cook till mushroom are tender.4. Warm cheddamelt sauce in a saucepan. 5. Smash melrose and add to the sauce. Mix in.6. Add mushrooms to it. Do not boil.7. Remove from heat.8. Spoon sauce over fried chips and sprinkle over grated cheese. Serve.
