Cheesy Hash Browns

INGREDIENTS

2 large potatoes
50ml cake flour
ghee (Clarified butter) and oil
Lemon pepper,white pepper,paprika,aromat
Grated cheddar cheese

METHOD

Peel potatoes and coarsely grate.
Place in a bowl and add water. Drain water after 15mins. Transfer grated potatoes to aclean dishcloth and pat dry.
Season with the above condiments or use whatever dry seasonings you prefer.
Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pan. Cook potatoes in an even layer until brown,add grated cheese and cook till it melts. Serve immediately,Enjoy!
