3 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)1 kg Steak or Beef (tendeised and cut in strips or small cubes3 onion grated1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon of lemon pepper 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper corns1 teaspoon crushed green chilli paste 1 tablespoon Texan steak spice or chops and steak spice1 teaspoon lemon juice1 Large grated tomato (optional) 1 ½ teaspoon dhana jeera powder1 teaspoon tumeric1 level teaspoon crushed red chilliCook. All of the above till steak is softNow add3 tablespoon soaked SAGO3 tablespoon tasty beef soup powder or brown onion soup powder - make paste with little water 3 tablespoon mayonnaiseAdd in little creamy pepper sauceAdd any amount mushrooms and chopped robot peppers Cook till done and filling is nice and thickAdjust salt chilli sauce and add prego sauce When cold addChopped green dhania (coriander) little. Mint and or shallot
