INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar (caramelised)
3 slices bread (crumbed)1 tin @wildtastesa wild taste cappuccino ½ cup milk2 eggs½ cup icing sugar2 tablespoon melted butter
METHOD
Method
Preheat oven to 180*cCaramelise the sugar until golden brown and pour in a baking tin, set aside, allow to set
In a bowl mix together the rest of ingredients, until well combined, pour into the tin with the caramelised sugarFill a larger baking dish with water half-way up, put the uncooked desert in the trough of water and bake +- 1 hourAllow to cool completely b4 turning over.Best serve with cream or ice cream
