1 chicken make slitsAdd in:2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon lemon juice½ cup nando's lemon and herb sauce½ cup nando's prego sauceGinger garlic masala 2 cloves fresh crushed garlic Salt1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Marinate. Lay in oven tray.Grate 125g butter.Sprinkle parsley bake covered 30 minutes.Remove foil and bake further 20 minutes.Serve with cheesey potato wedges
