INGREDIENTS
¼ cup fresh mint (for garnish as well)6 tablespoons granulated sugar1 cup Rose's passion fruit cordial¼ cup Rose's lime cordial1 cup crushed iceSoda water2 Passion fruit
METHOD
1. Muddle the mint and the sugar together to help release the oils from the mint.2. Place ice in jug. 3. Then add the muddled mint in the jug, with passion fruit cordial, lime cordial and mix. 4. Top up with soda water.5. Cut passion fruit open and spoon pulp ontop of mixture. 6. Garnish with mint.7. Stir before serving.
