6 large potatoes 1 onion 1 green pepper 1 kg chicken cubes1 tablespoon green chillie garlic paste3 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ tin cream style corn250 ml fresh cream 250 ml sour cream
METHOD
6 large potatoes Wash and dryPoke holes with a fork all around Place on oven racks Bake for 80 minutes @ 200
Creamy Chicken sauceSaute 1 onion chopped 1 green pepper cubed In olive oil till tender Add1 kg chicken cubes1 tablespoon green chillie garlic paste3 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoon lemon pepper Cook till done Add ½ tin cream style corn250 ml fresh cream 250 ml sour cream Mix well and allow to have 1 boil Slit potatoes in half place creamy chicken mixture over Garnish with herbs of choice
