INGREDIENTS
300 g smoked snoek
250 ml cream cheese
125 ml sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of ginger
10 ml tomato sauce
good pinch sugar
freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
Remove skin and bones from the snoek. Flake the
fish. Mix everything in food processor until
blended. Taste and adjust seasoning.
