𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝑻𝒊𝒌𝒌𝒂500g chicken boneless pieces Grind together 2- 3 green chilli, 1 tablespoon ginger/garlic, ¼ cup mint leaves, ½ cup coriander leaves,1tbs oil, salt, lime juice, pinch of turmeric.Marinate chicken in above spices.
𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒊 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 𝑻𝒊𝒌𝒌𝒂500g Chicken boneless pieces1 teaspoon ginger/garlic paste1tbs Kashmiri chilli powder½ teaspoon turmeric2tbs Greek yogurt1tbs cumin powderSalt1tbs oil 1tbs Lemon juice1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek)Tandoori paste1tbs Mint sauceMarinate chicken in above spices.
Marinate for 1 hour or overnight.Skewer the chicken and cook under grill turning over every few minutes until done. Serve with salad.
