Serves two 2 boiled eggs 🥚🥚½ can chickpeas (drained and rinsed) Olives Carrots or cucumbers (sliced)🥕🥒Tuna (drained- add mayo, onion, chilies and season with salt and pepper to taste) 🐟Avocado (diced)🥑
METHOD
Cover the bottom of the pyrex with shredded lettuce and set avo, tuna, carrots, olives, chickpeas and eggs on top. Garnish with coriander and chives.
