INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 1 onion, thinly sliced 2 teaspoon oil1 teaspoon. Ginger gralic paste 1 spring curry leaves ⅛ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon. Curry powder 2 tablespoon tomato sauce ¼ c water Salt to taste
METHOD
In a pan add water and add a teaspoon of salt, and add in the eggs and place the pan over a medium heat and boil the eggs for 12 minutes. Adding salt to the water helps with peeling the eggs without damaging themNow remove from the heat and let it cool and then peel the eggs and slice them in half.
Now for the filling, place a pan over a low medium heat and add in the oil, once the oil is hot add in the onion and add in the ginger gralic paste and curry leaves And cook until the onion turns translucent and the raw smell of the ginger garlic smell is gone
Now add all the spice salt, curry powder, turmeric powder and chili powder and mix well once all the spice are distributed evenly add in the tomatoes paste and mix well and add in the water and mix well, mix well and let the water creat a paste. Now remove from the heat.
Unroll the defrosted puff pastry and cut into a square and add some of the filling and add top it with the halved egg and bring each corner to the center and add a clove in the center to hold it in the shape. Place them an a baking sheet and brush with fresh milk, now bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 22 to 25 minutes Serve warm with your favorite sauce
