RECIPE
Boil 8 small eggsShell & keep in cold water
For mince use chicken or mutton or beef
½ kg mince½ teaspoon ginger garlic½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon crushed green chilli1 teaspoon chilli powder1 small grated fried onion(Optional)Add chopped mint and green chopped dhania (coriander)Mix well keep aside
In a seperate bowl add 1 cup flour spice it up with fine chilli pwdr and or finely crushed black peper or useSouthern fried flour seasoningIn a seperate bowl beat up 3 eggs with 2 tablespoon milk for dippingin seperate bowl keep bread crumbs or crushed corn flakesTake a small ball of the spiced minceFlatten on a plastic sheet thinlyNow take each of the boiled eggsAnd cover it seperately with the thinly rolled out mince cover it properly into a egg shaped ball Roll each in flour seasoningDip in egg washRoll in bread crumbsfry in deep medium hot oil so mince gets cookedCut in halves or keep wholeServe with chutney and chips & Rolls & saladsEnjoy
