1 chicken washed and drained / 4 slices chicken fillet cut butterfly 3-4 tablespoon mochachos chicken spice (I used mild) 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala masala or 1 teaspoon green masala (optional) Juice of one lemon ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder 4 tablespoon oil Slice of butter
Marinate chicken in above spices except the butter. Cook in a flat based pot with the butter. When almost cooked remove from pot and place under grill in the oven, for few minutes. Add a bit of spice to the same pot, 1 tablespoon butter dash of lemon juice. Throw over chicken and enjoy.
