Different with mutton and mushroom
RECIPE
(Can use steak) ½ kg mutton Deboned and cut in tiny cubes2 onion finely chopped Little Mixed herbs Little Thyme 1 teaspoon Lemon pepperLittle White pepper1 teaspoon Crushed green chilli paste (adjuat) Little white chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix ½ teaspoon garam masala1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juiceCook in 3 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)Add water if necessary
Then add the soaked 2 tablespoon sago Cook. A bit Then add ½ packet pepper sauce or a ready creamy pepper sauce
Handfull of finely chopped robot peppers and Mushrooms Cook a bitWhen almost done and thickishAddLast add in 3 medium small cubed and steamed potatoesAdd Mayonnaise ADJUST THE SALTGarnish with chopped mint and chopped green dhania (coriander)Fill pies.. Springrolls. Moons.. Or samoosa. Etc
