RECIPE

Boil screw pasta al dante

In a pot add:1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods green masala A sprinkling of mixed herbs 1 teaspoon saltA sprinkling of crushed black pepper ½ teaspoon chilli flakesSome cubed green peppersA handful of fried onionsBraise for a bitThen add in 3 heaped tablespoons lancewood cream cheese and ½ a cup of cream. Mix till smooth. Once it comes to a sizzle add in pasta. Mix in and serve immediately.
Serving suggestion:Serve with feta or parmesan
