INGREDIENTS
Puff pastry shop bought (Jusrol puff pastry block)
2 kg chicken fillet (cubed)2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 2 teaspoon peri peri masala2 tablespoon red chillie garlic paste1 ½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon crushed red chillies 3 teaspoon callistos peri peri spice 3 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon crush red chillies1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder 4 tblspspoon ghee (Clarified butter) ½ cup coriander (chopped)optional
METHOD
Cook fillet with all ingredients till done.... Cool completely add garlic chilli sauce....Fill pies as desired and bake on 180 degrees till golden.kindly share my recipe as posted. Asma Pathan Recipe
