½ kg chicken fillet cut into big cubes 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon all spice ½ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 tablespoon yogurt Olive oil ½ lemon
Optional : 2 onions chopped up and fried just before golden for garnish and added flavor
In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients mix well . Toss in the chicken and marinade for atleast 1 hour .
Add on sosatie sticks and steam half way in a pot . Just before serving place on a griller , cook completely . Garnish with onions and dhania (coriander) / mint .
