125g butter½ cup castor sugar1 cup dessicated coconut ¼ cup choc chips 1 tablespoon cocoa powder ½ teaspoon baking powder Flour as needed
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar then mix in the coconut, choc chips, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add flour to make a dough. Roll into balls and lay it onto a baking tray. Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven on 180 degrees. When cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate.
