1. Rub ghee (Clarified butter) into dry ingredients.2. Mix milk, water, sugar and eggs. 3. Add to dry ingredients to make dough. 4. Roll out on lightly floured surface.5. Cut into even sized pieces. We prefer to make diamond shapes.6. Deep fry in hot oil, till puffed, golden brown and cooked through.7. Drain excess oil from mitha tukra on kitchen paper.8. Place in an airtight container to keep fresh.
