INGREDIENTS
1 cup semolina½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)/clarified butter1 cup boiling hot water½ cup warm milk3 tablespoons sugar250 ml Nestle Caramel Treat250 ml l Nestle CreamAlmonds to garnish
METHOD
1. Slow heat the ghee (Clarified butter)2. Slowly add the semolina while mixing. Keep stirring until it forms a mixture.3. Add the water and remove from the heat.4. Continue to mix and stir until the semolina seems slightly red5. In a separate pot, mix warm milk, caramel treat and cream.
6. Pour the mixture in the semolina and continue to stir in. Remove any lumps that may form7. Cook this mixture on low heat. (Tip: Don't stop mixing)8. The semolina should begin to appear fluffy.
Serve and Garnish:1. Mix some warm milk with some caramel treat2. Serve sujee warm with above mixture poured over.3. Garnish with crushed almonds
